Sanyu Lutalo

Sanyu Lutalo is a Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist in the World Bank’s Water Global Practice, with over seventeen years of experience working on infrastructure development at all stages of the project cycle, from project preparation, through implementation, and evaluation. Her World Bank operations experience includes more than a dozen countries in Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus, with a strong civil and environmental engineering background and sound knowledge of Bank operational processes and procedures. She also has experience working with World Bank Borrower agencies such as Government water utilities and donor-financed projects.
