Olivia D’Aoust

Olivia D’Aoust is a senior urban economist with extensive experience in issues related to urban and territorial development, including aspects of conflict and fragility. She has led and contributed to several analytical products focused on the drivers and impediments of productivity and livability in cities. Her work has expanded to inform territorial development strategies at the global level, identify action priorities in lagging regions, and explore pathways for operations to leverage spatial synergies and address missing complementarities in Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. Olivia holds a PhD in Economics and a master’s degree in Demography.
